Welcome to Timeless.audio.
By purchasing or subscribing to a Timeless.audio Partner Pass, you agree to the following License Agreement.
Timeless.audio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream Timeless.audio audio content through the Timeless.audio platform during your active Partner Pass subscription.
This license grants commercial streaming playback rights only. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred.
Timeless.audio is a streaming-only service.
No audio files are sold, downloaded, transferred, or delivered to customers.
Your subscription provides access to stream content through authorized Timeless.audio services only.
During your active subscription, you may stream Timeless.audio content within your licensed business or organization, including but not limited to:
Content may be played during normal business operations for the enjoyment of your customers, guests, patients, visitors, or employees.
While your Partner Pass is active, you may:
You may NOT:
All audio recordings, narration, music, sound design, artwork, trademarks, logos, branding, and all other Timeless.audio content remain the exclusive property of Timeless.audio or its licensors.
Your Partner Pass purchases a license to stream the content—it does not purchase ownership of the recordings.
Commercial streaming rights remain valid only while your Partner Pass subscription is active.
If your subscription expires, is canceled, or is terminated, your license to stream Timeless.audio content immediately ends.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Any unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, sharing, resale, or misuse of Timeless.audio content is strictly prohibited and may result in:
Timeless.audio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Timeless.audio may update this License Agreement from time to time.
Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By checking the box below and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Timeless.audio Partner Pass License Agreement.
